    The Deputy Manager, MERL will lead the design, implementation, and strengthening of MERL systems for the BRAC\u2013LEGO strategic partnership. The role ensures high-quality data systems, evidence generation, learning, and accountability to improve program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n

    Lead development and implementation of MERL frameworks, logframes, and Indicator Tracking Tables aligned with donor requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Design monitoring systems, research tools, and learning agendas for ECD interventions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure quality data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting across all project locations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Oversee MIS integration with MERL systems for real-time data tracking and decision-making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct Data Quality Assessments (DQA) and ensure adherence to data quality standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Lead baseline, midline, endline, and evaluation studies in collaboration with partners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Generate analytical reports, dashboards, and evidence products for management and donors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
