    Experience in tuberculosis programs, preferably involving Public\u2013Private Mix (PPM), engagement of informal\/private providers, or donor-funded TB projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Proven experience working with Government of Bangladesh health systems, particularly the National TB Control Program (NTP)\/MBDC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary field teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Technical knowledge of TB case detection, referral systems, active case finding (ACF), and patient navigation approaches.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Experience in digital health tools, reporting platforms, dashboards, and use of routine program data for decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Excellent skills in program planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and advocacy skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership for the anticipated TIFA\/JSI-supported TB project implemented by SMC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of activities focused on engaging informal first-contact providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Strengthening TB screening and referral systems in high-burden settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Supporting integration of digital referral and reporting platforms (e.g., JANAO\/SMC TB apps).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Improving patient navigation and referral-to-testing completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensuring alignment with national TB strategies, donor requirements, and SMC programmatic standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
