    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Fire Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of all fire safety systems across our hospital campuses.<\/p>\n

    Perform routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of:<\/p>\n
    \n
    \n
    Fire Alarm System (addressable & conventional)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Fire Detection Devices (smoke, heat, multi-sensor detectors)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Public Address (PA) \/ Voice Evacuation System<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Manual Call Points (MCP)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Fire Hydrant & Standpipe System<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Fire Sprinkler System<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Fire Pumps (Jockey, Main Electric, Diesel)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Fire Gas Suppression Systems (FM200 \/ Novec \/ CO\u2082)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Portable Fire Extinguishers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure all systems are operational as per design and safety standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Diagnose faults and carry out corrective maintenance of fire systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Identify and rectify issues such as false alarms, loop faults, pressure drops, pump failures, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct periodic testing (weekly, monthly, quarterly) as per NFPA \/ BNBC \/ hospital policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain logs and records of all inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Respond immediately to fire alarms and system faults.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Assist in fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure readiness of all fire safety equipment at all times.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain system drawings, manuals, and maintenance records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Prepare daily\/weekly\/monthly maintenance reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Report system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Work closely with Mechanical, electrical, and civil teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Assist in upgrading of fire systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
