    Develop and maintain strong business relationships with housing companies, real estate developers, consultants, contractors, and institutional clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the housing and construction sector to increase sales and revenue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Generate leads, conduct client visits, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful deal closure with proper documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Maintain and update a comprehensive database of corporate and housing sector clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
