    Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    A Medical Technologist is responsible for performing laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention. The role includes working in\u00a0Biochemistry & Immunology, Hematology, Microbiology, and Molecular Laboratory sections<\/strong>\u00a0while maintaining international laboratory standards, quality control, and patient safety.<\/p>\n
    Key Duties & Responsibilities:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures according to hospital protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure accurate sample collection, labeling, processing, and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Maintain proper documentation of laboratory records and test results.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Follow infection prevention, biosafety, and waste management guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures are properly maintained.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Report critical values and abnormal findings promptly to physicians or supervisors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
