  Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC (BSH) is looking for a skilled Dietitian\/Junior Dietitian to join our Medical Services team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing diet and nutrition services to all inpatients according to physicians` instructions and individual patient needs. The primary aim is to diagnose and treat diet-related issues while raising awareness about the connection between food and health to prevent future health problems.<\/p>\n
  Key Responsibilities:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Review and verify diet orders for all admitted patients daily.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Meet and assess all newly admitted patients and determine their dietary needs every day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Update the diet control sheet and Hospital Management System (HMS) for newly admitted patients and provide suitable dietary recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Educate and guide patients with diet-related disorders on how to improve their health by adopting healthier eating habits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Advise the hospital`s catering departments about specific dietary requirements for patients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Collaborate with doctors and nurses to identify patients` nutrition needs and dietary limitations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Educate patients and their families about nutrition, diet plans, and food selection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Evaluate patient responses to their diets and monitor compliance at home.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Inspect meals prepared in the kitchen to ensure they meet nutritional standards and are visually appealing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  Provide diet counseling to patients and their families.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Train and supervise new staff members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Oversee the work of staff who plan, prepare, and serve meals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Prepare and provide summaries of patient preferences, demands, and feedback for management review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Provide feedback to Division Food and Clinical Nutrition Services staff or menu modifications and revision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  Adapt to any changes in management decisions related to job responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  Ensure that safety and cleanliness protocols are followed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  \n
  Demonstrate awareness and compliance with all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene, and Fire Safety in line with BSH`s policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  Attend all training sessions related to food safety, health hygiene, emergency codes, infection control, and evacuation procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
