    Job related Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
    Identify and assess potential land parcels for development projects.<\/li>\n
    Coordinate with landowners, brokers, local representatives and government offices for land-related information and updates.<\/li>\n
    Assist in land negotiation, verification, documentation and registration processes.<\/li>\n
    Follow up with Legal, Survey and Engineering departments for due diligence activities.<\/li>\n
    Maintain land records, files, maps and acquisition-related documents.<\/li>\n
    Prepare reports and status updates for management review.<\/li>\n
    Arrange site visits, field surveys and stakeholder meetings when required.<\/li>\n
    Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.<\/li>\n
    Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to land procurement activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
