S\/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Establish M&amp;E system for Unity in Action Phase III project in line with\u00a0<strong>PROTTYASHI\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0policies and compliances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Authorize verification via the participant-identification process to ensure valid and accurate enrolment of the project participants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare and develop all types of data collection tools in Kobo format (questionnaires, checklists, templates) and the final list of all participants will be determined through vulnerability scoring and checking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure routine monitoring on real-time basis and authorize routine data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure quality monitoring data as per M&amp;E Plan, data flow map, and data quality standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Produce regular process monitoring as well as periodic performance monitoring report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure trend analysis of the project progress based on monitoring data to support program team in reporting and evidence-based decision making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist and provide support to the Project Coordinator with review and development of project reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Undertake regular field visits to conduct process monitoring and provide supportive feedback to improve implementation and program quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide necessary support in conducting baseline, mid-term, final evaluation, assessments, studies, research &amp; periodic data quality assessment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure participants accountability and feedback-response mechanisms are established, feedback is analysed and responded accordingly as per feedback &amp;
