Context<\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-5 leading-7\">\n<div class=\"text-xs sm:text-sm text-[#333] sm:leading-7 leading-5\">\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Ensure region wise primary service and revenue target.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Expand geographical coverage and acquisition of new Dealer\/retailer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage own Dealers service and spare parts representative successfully.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure targeted product lifting from warehouse and placement to retailers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Formulate service KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead a team of TSM and ensure proper coaching for succession plan in line with business target.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead the team through ensuring executions of trade marketing activities with key channel partners to build an edge over competitors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drive product knowledge awareness in line with concern department.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage and ensure regional service development resources scope optimization plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Formulate and manage regional service budget and escalate accordingly to territory level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor and ensure financials of Dealers ROI regularly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr class=\"my-2.5\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-[#333] text-sm\">\n<div class=\"text-[#333] text-sm\">\n<div class=\"text-[#333] text-sm\">\n<div class=\"text-xs sm:text-base font-semibold text-[#333]\">\n<div id=\"skills\" class=\"py-2.5 sm:py-0 mb-2.5\">\n<h4 id=\"skill_exp\" class=\"sm:pt-1 box-border font-inherit leading-[1.1] mb-[10px] text-[#B32D7D] font-semibold text-sm sm:text-base\">Skills &amp;
