    Job Summary:\u00a0<\/strong>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security professional to oversee and manage security operations across Aarong\u2019s Corporate Office, outlets, and other installations. The role is responsible for ensuring the safety of people, assets, and infrastructure by implementing effective security strategies, managing internal and outsourced security teams, and maintaining security systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will handle emergency responses, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards, including fire safety and risk management, while supporting new project security planning.<\/p>\n
    Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ensure the security processes and operations as per security guidelines<\/li>\n
    Ensure the safety and security of men, materials, and infrastructure of Aarong CS, Outlets, and other Aarong installations<\/li>\n
    Ensure the immediate solution of any kind of emergencies related to security in any Aarong installations<\/li>\n
    Manage own and third-party security operations focusing on service quality and cost-effectiveness<\/li>\n
    Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor security personnel performance<\/li>\n
    Manage relationships with contractors and service providers<\/li>\n
    Maintain regular fire safety and emergency training for the stakeholders<\/li>\n
    Ensure the technical support and maintenance of the security devices and equipment to ensure the security system<\/li>\n
    Plan and coordinate the deployment of security personnel and systems for new projects, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Safeguarding Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation.<\/li>\n
    Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment<\/li>\n
    Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action<\/li>\n
