    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Conduct quality inspection of paddy, rice, and by-products at receiving, processing, and final stages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor cleaning, drying, milling, grading, and polishing processes to ensure quality standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Perform laboratory tests (moisture, broken %, foreign matter, chalkiness, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Identify quality issues and coordinate with production team for corrective actions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain QC reports, logs, and documentation accurately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Supervise QC assistants and ensure proper sampling and testing procedures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Monitor storage conditions to prevent contamination and quality deterioration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Handle customer complaints related to product quality and conduct root cause analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
