    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Development of monthly and weekly production plans through the use of sales requirements, market growth projections and other business requirements, and any other projections required.<\/li>\n
    Will be responsible for making effective production plan\/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, Production Head and Management team.<\/li>\n
    Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.<\/li>\n
    Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising, production & fabrics department for order planning & proper line allocation of the styles.<\/li>\n
    Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.<\/li>\n
    Hold weekly meetings with all Production Managers to:<\/li>\n
    a) Present production targets<\/li>\n
    b) Present trends and projections<\/li>\n
    c) Jointly evaluate causes of deviation from the production plan<\/li>\n
    d) Evaluate the effectiveness of action plans<\/li>\n
    Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.<\/li>\n
    Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, Knitting, Dying, cutting, sewing, finishing, Printing, Embroidery & washing) for smooth operation.<\/li>\n
    Follow up pre-production activities planning and ensure back-to-back feeding achieve targets without compromising quality.<\/li>\n
    Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.<\/li>\n
    Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.<\/li>\n
    Update production planning from time to time according to the current situation & distribute updated planning to all related production staff and conduct meetings to implement planning.<\/li>\n
    Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.<\/li>\n
    Monitor daily production; make daily production report and tracking section wise production.<\/li>\n
    Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.<\/li>\n
    Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.<\/li>\n
    Any other tasks assigned by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
