    Act as a liaison between workers and management to maintain good relationships<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Identify and address worker grievances (individual & collective)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Counsel workers on company policies, discipline, and workplace behavior<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure fair treatment and proper communication across all levels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Compliance & Labor Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ensure compliance with\u00a0Bangladesh Labor Law<\/strong>\u00a0and buyer Code of Conduct<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Monitor factory welfare facilities (canteen, childcare, washrooms, drinking water, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
