  We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate\u00a0Pediatric & Neonatology Specialist<\/strong>\u00a0to join our BSH team. The successful candidate will support and manage clinical activities within the Pediatrics and NICU\/PICU units, working closely with consultants to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. The role involves the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pediatric conditions and the supervision of critical neonatal procedures.<\/p>\n

  Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
  \n
  Support and implement all clinical activities under the supervision of the Pediatric & Neonatology Consultant.<\/li>\n
  Independently manage departmental activities in the absence of the Consultant.<\/li>\n
  Attend consultant rounds and collaborate on care planning and clinical decisions.<\/li>\n
  Maintain accurate documentation and submit clinical activity reports to the department Coordinator.<\/li>\n
  Manage patient flow, medical records, and data entry processes efficiently.<\/li>\n
  Assess and admit pediatric patients in the Emergency Department as needed.<\/li>\n
  Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization of sick newborns in the NICU.<\/li>\n
  Execute various neonatal procedures, including but not limited to:\n
  \n
  Lumbar puncture<\/li>\n
  Endotracheal intubation<\/li>\n
  Umbilical catheterization<\/li>\n
  Arterial line insertion<\/li>\n
  Arterial blood sampling for blood gas analysis<\/li>\n
  Intravenous cannulation<\/li>\n
  Insertion of oro-gastric tubes and urinary catheterization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Note:<\/strong>\u00a0All invasive procedures must be conducted under the supervision or after discussion with the Consultant and Coordinator.<\/p>\n

  Conduct thorough clinical assessments through detailed history-taking and physical examinations.<\/li>\n
  Recommend appropriate investigations and ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings.<\/li>\n
