    Monitor services, networks, data center and security components 24\/7 in roaster using dashboards and alerts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Circulate event and incident notifications on time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Provide first-level support across services, networks, security, and data center operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct sanity checks and testing after deployments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Engage concerned technical teams and external vendors during incidents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Perform service desk activities within SLA, including request handling, email responses, and operational tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Analyze system logs and assist in issue identification and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Communicate planned maintenance updates to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
