    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ensure proper maintenance of all computers and related equipment (peripherals, printers, projectors, etc.) across BBS labs, keeping systems updated with the latest antivirus and OS updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Install and configure required software, ensuring all systems are ready before the start of each semester.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Perform regular data backup procedures to maintain data security and integrity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Manage and maintain local network operations independently, even without internet connectivity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor and control downloaded files and software to prevent malware, spyware, or other security threats.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Provide technical support to faculty and students within labs and BBS premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct routine inventory checks, document equipment condition, and report any damage or malfunctions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    \u25b8 Identify and resolve minor hardware and technical issues to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u25b8 Supervise lab activities to prevent misuse, theft, or damage to equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Open and close the lab according to scheduled working hours.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Offer on-site technical assistance during lab-based classes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
