    Act as the key link between students and employers; analyze job trends, build employer relationships, and prepare students for the job market.<\/li>\n
    Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to expand opportunities for students and alumni.<\/li>\n
    Advise internally and collaborate with employers to enhance student learning and career services.<\/li>\n
    Lead alumni relations and engagement strategy, fostering long-term connections with the university.<\/li>\n
    Provide expert career guidance for students and alumni.<\/li>\n
    Organize workshops, seminars, and events for students, employers, and alumni.<\/li>\n
    Develop alumni engagement and leadership programs in collaboration with campus stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    Lead alumni relations initiatives and corporate outreach programs.<\/li>\n
    Oversee recruitment, interviews, and job placement services for students and alumni.<\/li>\n
    Coordinate with faculty to align career services with academic and internship needs.<\/li>\n
    Report on placement, internships, and work-based learning outcomes to leadership.<\/li>\n
    Plan and deliver career development events for students and alumni.<\/li>\n
    Lead the careers and alumni team to meet strategic goals.<\/li>\n
