Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a consistent and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Business Analyst (both female &amp; male can apply) \u2013Define and analyze business requirements, communicate with clients, work with concerned teams, assist in submitting project proposals, attend daily scrums and project sprints, prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, user flows, release notes and other required correspondences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mobile Application Development (only females can apply) \u2013Develop, and maintain mobile applications based on project requirements and user needs.\u202f Work on UI\/UX implementation, application logic, debugging, and performance optimization, collaborate with design and content teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and user\u2011friendly mobile solutions across Android and\/or iOS platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Graphics Designer (only females can apply) \u2013Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, reports, and promotional materials.\u202f Develop layouts, illustrations, and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines, collaborate with content and communication teams, and ensure high\u2011quality visual consistency across all design outputs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Video &amp; Animation (only females can apply) \u2013Plan, create, and edit video and animated visual content for digital platforms and communication materials.\u202f Develop motion graphics, short videos, and animated assets aligned with campaign and content objectives, collaborate with content and design teams, and ensure high\u2011quality visual storytelling through effective scripting, editing, and post\u2011production work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Finance (only females can apply) \u2013Assist in budgeting, accounting, preparing bank reconciliation and invoice preparation.\u202f Maintain and update financial records, assist preparing budgets, prepare and process vouchers invoices, and assist in preparation of financial statements and reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements through effective coordination with management and concerned teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Human Resource (only females can apply) \u2013Support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
