    Context:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    The purpose of this role is the overall supervision of trainee selection for the Socio Emotional and\u00a0Behavioural(SEB) and Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT) along with supporting new entrepreneurs to grow their businesses through\u00a0mentorship and linkage building meetings.<\/p>\n

    Major Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
    Ensure that SEB\/EDT training activities and staff capacity development are accomplished as per project requirements<\/li>\n
    Supervise survey and selection of SEB\/EDT trainees, mentors and training room as per programme requirement<\/li>\n
    Identify trainees qualified for receiving internship opportunities at nearby factories and seed financing from the Department of Youth Development (DYD)<\/li>\n
    Arrange entrepreneurs conference, workshops and upazila level meetings and showcase successes of the youth entrepreneurs<\/li>\n
    Support youth to develop, manage and grow their businesses<\/li>\n
    Arrange financial linkage meetings between the entrepreneurs and the financial service providing agencies like banks and MF organizations.<\/li>\n
    Ensure Mentor-new entrepreneur linkage, and supervise and guide entrepreneurs to implement their business knowledge.<\/li>\n
    Ensure regular monitoring and provide reports to the supervisor accordingly, while identifying problems and providing solutions, check bill vouchers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Safeguarding Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme\u2019s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.<\/li>\n
    Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.<\/li>\n
    Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
