  Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

  Manage and coordinate IPO transactions, including preparation of prospectus, regulatory documentation, due diligence, and liaison with BSEC, stock exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  Structure and execute corporate bonds, debentures, and other fixed income instruments, ensuring proper coordination with trustees, rating agencies, regulators, and legal advisors.<\/li>\n
  Arrange and facilitate syndicated financing facilities with banks and financial institutions, including negotiation of terms and coordination among participating lenders.<\/li>\n
  Prepare financial models, valuation analysis, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to support structured finance transactions.<\/li>\n
  Develop and review term sheets, information memorandums, transaction documents, and financing proposals for IPO, bond issuance, and syndication deals.<\/li>\n
  Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, regulators, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.<\/li>\n
  Monitor capital market developments, regulatory changes, and market opportunities to support business growth in structured finance.<\/li>\n
