    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Responsible for conducting Internal Audits and overall function of the internal control unit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Assist to plan, organize and execute the internal audit procedure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Reporting to higher management on weekly and monthly basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Check cash\/ bank\/ journal voucher and entries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Market survey & pre-audit to verify quotation .<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    To monitor internal control system closely.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher, etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book, and all types of payments & receipts vouchers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Check monthly salary sheet, wages sheet & OT sheet of the employees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    To coordinate\/communicate with concerned department in relation to the audit. Communicate audit issues along with documents to supervisor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Identify discrepancies, risk and other issues and recommend corrective measures and after that follow-up.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Follow all kinds of applicable rules, policies and procedures to maintain appropriate financial activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Keeping the security of all important documents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
