    Properly monitor the medical team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Perform medical checkup during recruitment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Counseling with the workers about their health & safety related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Awareness meeting with workers for health related issue, different types of diseases, seasonal diseases, occupational injuries and so on.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Making strategy to improve the female workers health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Must have good computer knowledge to ensure proper documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensuring proper periodic checkup of pregnant workers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
