    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Responsible for overseeing quality improvement in the supplier and production units.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Review the C&A Pivot88 SIS in-line inspection results and determine appropriate action when an inspection fails.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Direct C&A SIS inspectors to focus on production-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Train new and existing inspectors to ensure they meet SIS certification requirements and perform their duties well.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct final and in-line inspections as needed.Collaborate with the QMTD team to address issues and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives and solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Regularly assess the competency of each SIS inspector through observation and shadow inspections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain SIS productivity, ensuring that at least 40% of total USIM is inline-inspected and 100% of total PO is final-inspected by the SIS team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Vast knowledge on C&A PLM system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Arrange the proto\/red tag sample and coordinate the risk assessment meeting with the technical team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Review the size set, conduct the PP meeting, and prepare all tasks for the PP meeting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Follow-up and monitor buyer quality requirements in cutting, sewing, finishing, and washing garments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Follow-up and monitor buyer sample requirements, ensure sample quality, and ensure on-time delivery of all samples.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Follow up on the buyer SOP and internal quality procedures at the workstation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Communicate buyer quality standards to all concerned sections and personnel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    All updated information is collected from the PLM and GIN sites and dispatched to the production floor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Perform inline, pre-final, and final inspections based on the C&A inspection SOP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure timely approvals from buyer representatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Independently work with the buying representative during the factory visit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Communicate and appraise buying representatives on all QA activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Good knowledge of C&A and all SOPs (QMS, PP meeting, mold prevention, Lycra breakage SOP, Delivery Accuracy, SQM, Inline, Defect Zoning and Classification, Safety, SIS, and Final Inspection SOP)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Having good command on C&A web browsing (GIN site, PLM, Pivot88, and IAA)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    The candidate must have experience as a C&A-certified SIS inspector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
