    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Ceramics-Sanitary Ware, overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective success<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Identify business opportunities for Sanitary Ware, explore untapped markets, and develop strategies to increase the company`s market share in the sanitary ware industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty with ROSA brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ACRL-Rosa, including marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Prepare the regional sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns and achieve financial objectives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
