The primary responsibility of this role is to manage client accounts, ensure timely collection of dues, monitor outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records of transactions to support financial stability and compliance.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of installments and dues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor aging reports and contact defaulters to resolve outstanding balances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Maintain and update client ledger entries in the ERP or accounting software.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    \n
    Coordinate with the sales and legal teams for overdue accounts and default clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n
    Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly credit realization reports for management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize default rates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Respond to client queries regarding their accounts and payments professionally.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Visit clients\u2019 offices or residences (if necessary) to facilitate payment collection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ensure all credit realization activities comply with company policy and legal regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cash flow forecasting and collection planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Regularly follow-up with clients regarding dues collection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
