    Lead and manage the BA & Supervisor team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Track and monitor BA & supervisors\u2019 daily field activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct regular team grooming sessions to enhance performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Arrange daily\/weekly meetings for coordination and task delegation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Analyze supervisor performance, identify issues and recommend solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor team movement through live location tracking and app<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Prepare and submit all required field reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Conduct regular field visits as per route plan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
