    Job Purpose:\u00a0<\/strong>The Senior Manager, Enterprise Incubation is responsible for leading the end\u2011to\u2011end incubation process for new BRAC enterprises- from idea generation and design thinking to validation, piloting, and early-stage scaling. The role supports disciplined experimentation, evidence-based decision-making, and development of viable enterprise models aligned with BRAC\u2019s mission and social impact goals.<\/p>\n
    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n
    Enterprise Incubation Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Manage the full incubation pipeline: idea generation, design thinking, validation, piloting, and early-stage scale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Facilitate design thinking sessions, opportunity mapping and users\u2019 insight understanding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Lead development of incubation hypotheses, learning agendas, and experiment models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
