    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Formulate and update the Policy of Sustainable Finance, ESRM, Green Banking and CSR Policy of the Bank.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Preparing Sustainability Reports and \u201cSustainability and climate-related disclosure\u201d in collaboration with different business wings and other Departments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintaining close contact with the Sustainable Finance Department (SFD) of Bangladesh Bank as SFU Focal Point<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Environmental and Social (E&S) due diligence, implementation of ESRM guidelines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Budget and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Submitting periodical Sustainable Finance and CSR Reports to Bangladesh Bank<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Skill development of division and branch-level employees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Miscellaneous works as & when required by the Head of Division<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
