    MASTUL Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven\u00a0Customer Relationship Executive (Communication Department)<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    Receive phone calls, respond to donors in social media and keep track of all donor databases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Handle donors` query, must be capable of managing donors\u2019 requirements. Keep detailed records of Donor interactions and feedback.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Overall support the team for increasing Donor Relationship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Supports the Communication Manager by maintaining donor relationships, securing new funding through concept notes and proposals, and preparing high-quality donor and HQ reports. Collaborates with the Planning and Development Manager on fundraising, communications, networking, and advocacy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization, which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects and delivery of core operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Implementing an effective customer loyalty program. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Implements quality, and customer-service standards. Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Able to work under pressure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
