    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Monitor and control the quality of incoming paddy, in-process rice, and finished products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Implement and supervise sampling and testing protocols for moisture content, foreign matter, broken grains, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Oversee lab testing procedures such as chemical, physical, and microbiological tests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct routine inspections and audits of the production line to ensure quality adherence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain and update QC documentation, test records, and reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Handle documentation for certifications such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Evaluate and approve raw material (paddy) suppliers based on quality parameters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Coordinate with procurement for quality assurance of incoming materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Analyze root causes and suggest process improvements, and also address customer complaints related to quality and lead resolution efforts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Liaise with external auditors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Prepare quality performance reports and present them to senior management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
