The VAT Sr. Executive\/Executive will develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures and generally ensuring the VAT smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n

    Responsibilities & Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Preparing and filing VAT returns in a timely manner to the VAT online portal.<\/li>\n
    Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok – 9.1) and other related documents as such Mushok – 4.3, Mushok \u2013 6.1, Mushok \u2013 6.2, Mushok – 6.2.1, Mushok – 6.3, Mushok \u2013 6.4, Mushok \u2013 6.5, Mushok \u2013 6.6, Mushok\u00a0-6.10.<\/a><\/li>\n
    Documentations and preparation of VAT books of records and Engage with the VAT authority for submission and keep record in excel sheet.<\/li>\n
    Hands on experience on VAT management software.<\/li>\n
    Maintain liaison with Govt. bodies for VAT related assessment, appeal or any tribunal works.<\/li>\n
    Efficient to handle case file of VAT with authorities when needed.<\/li>\n
    Deducting VAT and TAX from source if applicable.<\/li>\n
    Preparing documentation and responses to queries from VAT and TAX authorities.<\/li>\n
    Maintaining up-to-date database in order to inform customer if return not received in the stipulated time.<\/li>\n
    Preparing documentation and responses to audit queries.<\/li>\n
    Keeping abreast of changes in VAT laws, and regulations, ensuring strict adherence and compliance by the company.<\/li>\n
    Ensuring VAT reconciliation between the VAT records received from customers and internal accounting records to ensure seamless alignment.<\/li>\n
    Representing organization with VAT Circle, Division, Commissionerate for on-going compliance and relationship management & Maintain effective communication with VAT Officials.<\/li>\n
    Update the Daily Import-Export Statement Prepare required reports.<\/li>\n
    Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
