    Strong communication and counseling skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ability to handle employee grievances sensitively<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Address and resolve employee welfare-related concerns and issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Provide guidance and support to employees regarding personal or professional challenges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Follow up maternity leave formalities, procedure & policy, counseling regarding leave.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Counsel absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure that workers know available support systems, including healthcare, counseling, and safety programs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor and improve workplace health and safety standards in alignment with local laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Regular inspections should be conducted to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
