    Coordinate and manage Toll Manufacturing (Third-Party Manufacturing) activities, including communication with partner companies, agreement execution, production follow-up, and compliance documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Maintain scheduling of appointments, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes for record keeping<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ensure regulatory compliance by liaising with the relevant Department for timely renewal of factory licenses and related approvals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    \n
    Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor and ensure implementation of decisions taken in meetings, maintaining adherence to company SOPs and policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain the secure custody of the company seal and other legal or regulatory documents, ensuring their proper use in accordance with organizational guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Assist in coordinating in-plant training programs, ensuring proper planning, execution and follow-up<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and facilities management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Maintain employee records and monitor the factory employee database, including attendance irregularities and reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
