    1. Leadership & Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Lead and mentor the GSD costing team to ensure accurate and timely SMV and costing target delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Set team performance goals, conduct training, and foster continuous skill development in GSD and efficiency analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    2. GSD Costing & SMV Management<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
    \n
    Oversee SMV creation, validation, and maintenance using GSD methodology.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure SMV and costing targets align with industry standards and internal benchmarks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    3. Process Standardization & Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
    \n
    Identify and implement method improvements and productivity enhancements through data-driven analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Enforce consistent application of GSD rules across all styles and production units.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    4. Cross-functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Coordinate with product development, IE, merchandising, and planning teams for cost-based decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Participate in pre- and post-production meetings to validate costing accuracy and recommend process improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    5. Reporting & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Prepare detailed reports on SMV variance, costing performance, and efficiency trends for senior management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure compliance with GSD protocols and audit standards across costing documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    6. Software & Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Manage and update the GSD operation database for all garment styles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
