Context<\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-5 leading-7\">\n<div class=\"text-xs sm:text-sm text-[#333] sm:leading-7 leading-5\">\n<p><strong>Job Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Managing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards and handling of all sophisticated QC instruments to ensure that production targets are met.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Organize and carryout analytical activities of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and finished Products and to ensure quality of Product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Maintain ISO 9001: 2008 related Documents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Participate in all qualification and validation activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Ensure Other Activities like environment control, Water Sanitation, Waste Disposal, HVAC System Validation, ETP, Housekeeping, Health \/Personnel Hygiene &amp; recorded in specific formats &amp; Logbooks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Ensure Required GMP, GLP Training of QC\/ Production \/ Engineering Ware house Personnel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Maintain Documentation Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Handling of all sophisticated QC Instruments like HPLC, UV-Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution tester, Autotitrator and Disintegration Tester etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Preparation and review of SOP&#8217;s Specifications &amp; Methods for Raw-Materials, Packaging Materials &amp; Finished Goods etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Validation of Analytical methods, Cleaning and Qualification of Equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Preparation &amp; Standardization of Volumetric Solution, Secondary Working Standards from reference Standard etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Calibration of all sophisticated QC Equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Maintain all room control record in every day &amp; recorded in specific formats &amp; Logbooks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Prepare detailed summary reports, review data, analyze trends and drive corrective actions for significant issue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>\n<p>Prepare the letter of acceptance after receiving, Checking and testing of Raw Materials &amp;
