    A. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n
    To ensure that ICT section consistently provides timely support of ICT services – the purpose of this is to provide the deliverables listed below as per the time line, to supplement its staff and meet the current demand for services.<\/p>\n
    B. Background<\/strong><\/p>\n
    UN AGENCIES`s ICT infrastructure comprises state-of-the-art hardware and software platforms; the organization has implemented an ICT service management model based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure) framework and best practices. The ICT team is responsible for the provision of ICT Services to staff across BCO.<\/p>\n
    ICT provides Network, Telecommunications and Help Desk services, serving as the key contact point for internal users regarding the provision of first and second-level support of the Organization`s standard desktop computing environment. In addition, ICT provides support also for meetings, workshops, and other events within the Offices premises or in specific locations in Bangladesh<\/p>\n
