    To develop and maintain effective communication with patients, their families, nursing, paramedical and medical staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    To develop work routine and organizational skills which optimize patient management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    To do supervision of all new admissions, their investigations and procedural consents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    To review and document investigation results in hospital records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    It is mandatory that on duty doctor at night must attend each and every case personally and document the status of the patient and treatment given.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    To brief the Consultant & Coordinator who is taking charge of duty about treatment and condition of patient.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    To examine the female patient in presence of a nurse or female attendant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    The initial assessment of all Pediatric Cardiology patient admitted under the care of the Pediatric Cardiology Department as per hospital policy and ordering of investigation and treatment as per instruction from the Consultant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Reassessments are conducted daily for the patients and to see the referral patients and brief the Consultant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    All the assessments and reassessment are conducted daily and recorded in the Patients Medical records in the appropriate sections<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    To attend OPD patient & Pediatric Echo patient as per instruction of the Consultant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
