    Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D layout and basic technical drawings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Strong site supervision and team-handling capability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Good understanding of materials, finishing works, and quality control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Excellent knowledge of boards (Gypsum board, MDF, HDF, Particle board, Veneer board, laminated board).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Knowledge of different types of sheets (Acrylic sheet, PVC sheet, ACP sheet, Glass sheets, Steel sheet).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Strong understanding of paints & coatings (plastic paint, enamel paint, texture paint, PU, lacquer, primer types).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Clear idea about other interior-related materials, such as:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    o Tiles, marbles & stones<\/p>\n
    o Hardware & fittings<\/p>\n
    o False ceiling materials<\/p>\n
    o Electrical & lighting materials<\/p>\n
    o Carpentry materials & accessories<\/p>\n
    o Adhesives, sealants, and finishing materials<\/p>\n
