    Maintain records of vehicles based on transport type and destination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Prepare schedules for all vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Determine the most efficient routes to reach destinations in the shortest time and at the minimum cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Inform the authorities regarding the recruitment of drivers and staff as needed for transportation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Supervise whether vehicles are reaching their destinations on time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Develop plans on how to improve transport management operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Prepare reports on all transport management activities and present them to the authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
