    Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n
    To plan, coordinate, and optimize the end-to-end distribution of feed and chicks by developing efficient delivery schedules and route strategies in close collaboration with sales, production, and hatchery teams- ensuring the right product reaches the right customer at the right time, while upholding quality and bio-security standards. The role is responsible for maximizing fleet utilization, resolving distribution challenges, and driving continuous improvement across the distribution chain to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

    Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Develop and implement comprehensive monthly, weekly, and daily distribution plans in collaboration with the sales force, feed mill production team, and hatchery operations.<\/li>\n
    Design, evaluate, and continuously improve distribution routes and channel strategies to maximize coverage and minimize cost.<\/li>\n
    Monitor and ensure maximum utilization of company fleet by analyzing trip efficiency, vehicle turnaround time<\/li>\n
    Ensure the delivery of the right product at the right time and in the right place while maintaining quality and bio-security standards throughout the distribution chain.<\/li>\n
    Analyze distribution data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.<\/li>\n
    Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, production, procurement, and finance teams.<\/li>\n
    Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing delivery complaints, resolving disputes, and implementing corrective actions promptly.<\/li>\n
    Act as the primary point of contact for escalated distribution-related issues across the assigned region.\u00ad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
