    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Oversee and monitor the sales team to ensure egg sales targets are achieved within assigned timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Drive commercial egg sales growth by proactively coordinating with customers and distributors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Analyze customer complaints and provide corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Conduct regular customer visits (routine, on-call, and marketing) to strengthen relationships.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including egg sales and competitor production analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth sales operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Handle administrative activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
