Additional Requirements

  • Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate

  • Product Knowledge

  • Knowledge of raw material use to production

  • Knowledge on relevant machines and its parts

  • Machine operating skills

  • Skills on register maintaining

  • Ability to work under pressure


Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of Blowing Machines to produce assigned jobs in accordance with the production action plan.

  • Verify correct film size, direction before starting machine operations.

  • Adjust machine parameters such as tension, pressure, EPC, and others immediately after machine start-up to ensure optimal performance.

  • Minimize production wastage by implementing proper control measures and operational best practices.

  • Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and motivation to junior staff to enhance their skills and performance

  • Maintain accurate daily job cards, registers, and production reports, and submit them to the concerned authority in a timely manner.

  • Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of machines and surrounding floor areas before and after production activities.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures during machine operation.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to production and machine operation.

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
