Job Summary
Montrims Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent service to international buyers and global retail brands within the trims and packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order follow-ups.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

Work closely with global retailers, buying offices, and international brands to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Visit customers and manufacturing facilities when required for business development and coordination.

Maintain accurate sales records and customer communication documentation.
