Responsibilities & Context
InnoFix Solution is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused female candidates to join its growing international client service team. Freshers with strong English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM)
Key Responsibilities:

Work from the office during the assigned day shift

Make outbound calls to clients in the USA, Canada, and Singapore

Respond professionally to foreign clients’ queries regarding company services

Explain products and services clearly and confidently to potential customers
-
Schedule appointments according to clients’ availability
-
Follow up with clients and take service confirmations
-
Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and close deals effectively

Maintain proper communication records and client information
-
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client service support
