- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation in any discipline. Professional certification in security management will be preferred.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Steel, Tiles/Ceramic, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Responsibilities & Context
-
Lead and maintain group-wide premises security to prevent unauthorised access and ensure a safe working environment across all locations.

Oversee visitor registration, identification verification, and escorting protocols, and administer gate pass and facility access control systems.

Monitor and operate the CCTV security system across all premises; detect, document, and escalate suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.

Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel group-wide, maintaining high operational standards and fostering a professional security culture.

Prepare and submit regular security reports to senior management, covering incidents, observations, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Develop and implement group security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
