Job Description

Education

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
  • B.Sc. in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (AH)

Experience

    • 2 to 4 years
 

Additional Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of cattle diseases, nutrition, reproduction, and herd management.

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with field-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across field locations.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan, initiate, and execute post-sales technical services for cattle farmers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Provide technical support on cattle health management, disease prevention, vaccination programs, biosecurity, and herd management practices.

  • Conduct regular farm visits to monitor herd health, performance, and farmer compliance with recommended management practices.

  • Identify training needs of farmers and organize technical training, awareness programs, and field demonstrations to improve productivity and industry knowledge.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key farmers, dairy/beef farm owners, and stakeholders.

  • Collect, compile, and analyze market intelligence on competitors products and field performance for reporting to management.

  • Provide technical input for product development, field feedback, and new solution implementation in cattle segment.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities, customer feedback, and service outcomes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to improve customer experience.
