Responsibilities & Context

Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads

Conduct client visits, prepare quotations, and follow up for deal closure

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction

Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and client updates

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ongoing projects
