Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

    • At least 13 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Developer, Group of Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 37 to 50 years

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Drive overall sales growth and revenue generation in line with organizational targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (as per ABP).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize business opportunities.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily and periodic activities of the sales team to ensure productivity and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders to enhance business growth.
  • Handle client concerns professionally, negotiate contracts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new market segments, niche customers, and business opportunities, and develop a structured customer database.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and product knowledge sessions to enhance team capability and performance.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
