Job Title: Factory Operations Manager (Skincare)
Department: Production & Operations
Location: Factory (On-site)- Gazipur & Dakkhinkhan
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Factory Operations professional to oversee daily manufacturing activities of skincare products. The role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, managing manpower, and optimizing operational efficiency while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management
-
Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production schedules
-
Ensure production targets are met within deadlines
-
Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime
2. Quality Control & Compliance
-
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
-
Maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
-
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing and approvals
3. Inventory & Raw Materials
-
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging
-
Coordinate with procurement for timely supply
-
Reduce wastage and ensure cost efficiency
4. Team Management
-
Supervise production staff, line supervisors, and workers
-
Ensure proper shift management and discipline
-
Train and guide team members on SOPs and safety
5. Process Improvement
-
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
-
Implement cost-saving initiatives
-
Maintain production reports and KPIs
6. Safety & Maintenance
-
Ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards
-
Coordinate with maintenance team for machinery upkeep
-
Handle emergency situations effectively
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Pharmacy / Industrial Engineering / relevant field
-
2–5+ years experience in skincare / cosmetics / FMCG manufacturing
-
Strong knowledge of GMP and production processes
-
Leadership and team management skills
-
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in skincare or cosmetic manufacturing
-
Knowledge of formulation basics (added advantage)

Familiarity with ERP systems
