Responsibilities & Context

Euro Foods Group (BD) Operations is seeking a highly professional, organized, and experienced “Personal Secretary” to the Chairman to provide high-level administrative and executive support.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and sound knowledge of UK property-related matters. Candidates with relevant international exposure will receive priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Maintain communication with local and international clients and business partners.
  •  Assist in matters related to UK property management and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chairman as required.
